Client Funding

These days more and more clients find themselves needing advances. A significant amount of time is spent trying to obtain funding for these client's so that they can survive while the cases,especially complex cases seem to go on forever. At least, I am able to generally get them some funding. Serving our clients is our number one role. Obtaining advances is part of the service we offer.
The ecomy is hurting everyone, and client's are no exception. However, I must wonder why are all these companies out there with cash in hand trying to lend money to clients. Obviously the good rates that they charge is one reason, but in this economy where are they getting the cash to put out. The rich get richer, it seems.

Processing Paperwork

This profession is all about paperwork. To best represent our client's interests, we are constantly completing or sending out paperwork. From authorizations for us to obtain records or defendant's to obtain records or providing records to insurance companies, the best way to move cases is to be good at the paperwork.
